This a photograph that I shot while I was back in California for the holidays. My sister, Erica, just sat on the stairs to our home accompanied by one of our dogs, Champion.

My Roxy.

Roxy is the oldest dog at home and she was someone I missed while being New York. My sister was resting on the stairs and you can see her hand on the floor on the bottom right corner. I took this shot when my sister placed Roxy in her bike's basket and just sat down. I love how you can see the Christmas lights around our doorway giving the entrance an illumination.
